1. Break down bigger goals into smaller steps to stay focused. Don’t make your to-do list look “pretty”, make it look doable. “Run a marathon” could be a great and achievable goal, but not if you haven't run in years. Try to break it down into 2 or 3 steps to get you closer to achieving it, for example: “Run a 5k Race” ,“Define Marathon Training Plan”, or “Run a Half Marathon”

2. Set a Due Date and keep yourself accountable. We will send you notifications to remind you of your goals and deadlines. However, you are the leader of your life and only you can really commit to things that are important to you. 

3. Share and interact.  We encourage you to interact with other users, ask questions about things you want to do or, on the contrary, answer others where you can help them. It is “togetherness” that keeps us charged with motivation. It's support that fuels our ambitions. Imagine running a marathon all by yourself.. would you do it? Probably not. Why? Because running next to thousands of other people who want to reach the same finish line makes more sense and makes it much more fun!
